I tried to get some general information about Dr Michael Goren’s medical protocol for diagnosis of enlarged prostate. I was not asking for a diagnosis over the telephone. I have been to two urologists and I am not looking for a third unless he has a different protocol. The operator could not have been less caring and understanding as to my needs and request! I would suggest staying away from that facility if you want any basic information and empathy!

Always Friendly. Wait time never too long. Always get response back right away even thru msging. Doctors very thorough and courteous.

The worst of the worst. Lisa never checked me in. I waited for 2 hours for a follow up mamo. After every one was gone from the waiting room including a walk in, Megan said my appointment was wrong. They just never checked me in. Very rude would never go here ever again.

I would recommend going to pretty much any other medical establishment. Waited roughly a month for an appointment just for the doctor to speak to me for 5 minuets and basically not listen to anything I told him. Extremely dissapointed. For someone seeking care to basically be dismissed with no testing or actual examination I thought it was a joke.
