Thrilled Mount Sinai opened this location. Came in with my parents and service was top notch. All concerns were addressed and we felt taken care of the entire time. From the tech to the nurses to Dr. Guzman. Everyone was not only knowledgeable and thorough but also very nice, compassionate and patient.
This used to be a great ER that I recommend to everyone, not anymore … Now you wait for hours to do lab work , the staff is more busy joking around that to come over and take care of patients . And after hours of expensive tests they find nothing and send you home . Nurses don’t even know how to find a vein and draw blood , very disappointing. Will not return .

I had a wonderful experience at Mount Sinai, from the moment we arrived. Ivis at the front desk, the nurses Ivonne and Pedro, the technician Armando, and Dr.Guzman were all incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service provided. I was simply trying to schedule a post-surgery follow-up appointment with a specialist, and the treatment I received was unacceptable. The staff demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, courtesy, and compassion during a time when proper assistance and communication were especially important.
