Dr. Ace and Dr. Lower are the best. Very grateful for them!
This practice has changed considerably over the years, someone decided at one point that the doctors needed a much higher patient load. And everything has generally gone downhill since. Where I used to get exceptional non-rushed care I now have to come with a bullet point list of everything I need to talk about, and shoehorn it into a 15 min block. Dr Ace is absolutely incredible. She is efficient, takes the time to thoroughly cover all questions and concerns, and is genuinely kind and empathetic. It’s rare to find a physician who is so knowledgeable, and compassionate. The care our family receives from her way above and beyond. We have also seen Dr. Lower at the clinic, and she was wonderful as well—professional, attentive, and reassuring.
