We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Mira Mitri today. She took the time to listen carefully and thoroughly assess all of my mom’s concerns, reviewed her prescriptions, and arranged the necessary referrals. For my mom, who is dealing with severe chronic pain, it was incredibly reassuring to see a physician who was so thorough, attentive, and genuinely interested in understanding the full picture. We left the appointment feeling heard, cared for, and confident that my mom is in very good hands.
Was referred to see a doctor in emergency because my doctor wasn’t available and my situation didn’t allow me to have the time to wait. Doctor in emergency misdiagnosed me with mild bronchitis…I ended up going to Mount Sinai Hospital on 600 University Ave to get my proper diagnosis, which was stage 3 pneumonia, the day after. Had I listened and trusted the doctor at this hospital I may not be alive. Just be wary.
Dr. Ace and Dr. Lower are the best. Very grateful for them!
This practice has changed considerably over the years, someone decided at one point that the doctors needed a much higher patient load. And everything has generally gone downhill since. Where I used to get exceptional non-rushed care I now have to come with a bullet point list of everything I need to talk about, and shoehorn it into a 15 min block.
