No calls get answered. I have sat in the oncology department and witnessed 2 ladies just talking and not answering the phones that are ringing off the hook!!! Now I know why my calls do not get picked up!!! Please have your front desk pick up calls. This is a very important, if not scary, department to not have workers do their job!
