The receptionists at this practice need some training in communicating with patients and family in a professional manner. You don’t “hey, you haven’t done this or that, you wanna cancel the appointment?” Excuse me, I’ve never experienced unprofessionalism in the healthcare setting like this. You don’t talk to customers on the phone like that. I’m not your friend whom you wanna cancel the hangout tonight. Mr Sinai, do something!! This is unacceptable!!!
I had a great relationship with dr. Joshua Novak. He was so easy to talk to. Unfortunately, he has moved on. The nurses were flawless.
