This office was very pleasant. I booked the appt with ease. The wait time was nice and short (I did go quite early). I appreciated everyone. The receptionist (if that's the right job title) at the desk who checked me in was super sweet. The nurse who did my exam was very professional. The Doctor was extremely attentive and thorough. I hope they read this review because I was very comfortable there and really liked them.

The experience at this doctor’s office was excellent from start to finish. I especially want to highlight the medical assistant, Didem, who truly made a difference in my visit. She was incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming, and treated me with patience and understanding the entire time. The office staff at the 11 Ralph Place office is the worst front desk patient care. They didn’t take the time to verify my insurance and canceled my appointment. Then I had Emblem Health on the phone with me for verification they made the appointment only for someone else to cancel my appointment the day before because the next biller couldn’t find the verification. Obviously the staff doesn’t work together and they don’t make notes, Very Disappointing.

Really disappointed with the service, my dad had an appointment for stress test and it was cancelled but they never called us to let us know! Thank God I called one day earlier to confirm the appointment then they told me that it was canceled! Unprofessional and lousy service
