Was dealing with heart palpitations for 5 hour so i decided to do a virtual visit ti see what the doctor Atuk Kukar would recommend. Appointment was to be at 915am. I got on at 906am Waited for 1.5 hours hour on virtual visit zoom and doctor never answered. Kept saying "waiting for host to join" i had already paid copay. No one reached out to me with any explanation as to why i didn't get a response. Unsure what is going on wt this office. But this was unprofessional.
