Nice office and everyone was friendly, BUT this location is NOT wheelchair-friendly, and the restrooms are NOT wheelchair accessible. The main entrance has two steps, so you need to go around the corner to use what I think is the service elevator. The restrooms are very small, and while you can get a wheelchair into the restroom, the two stalls are very narrow and have no grab bars. I had to pull the wheelchair up to the stall, lift the person out of the wheelchair, slowly make a 180-degree turn, and sit them on the toilet. ... read more

I find it highly disrespectful and more importantly DANGEROUS that this office allows their front desk to have an influence or determination on someone’s health and care. I truly understand that being late to an appointment can be burdensome to the office and even other patients. We called ahead and expressed that we would be late and then a followup call where we expressed we are minutes away, yet the woman who acknowledged my wife in person “As we explained to you on the phone” had an influence over my wife’s care. Night staff was great but the day staff was horrible.I don’t want to say itbut I believe they were prejudice.Not happy .Took hours before someone gave me anything.
