The staff is very helpful & dedicated. Dr Ginelli is kind, and spends time with his patients, and he looks at you. His assistant is a cheerful & makes you feel at ease.
Mount Sinai has wonderful doctore and the staff are all wonderful. I have been using Dr. Steven Francescone and both my Husband and I are very happy with him. He talks to you. He explains everything clearly. I asked many other doctors about him before we changed cardiologist because our previous doctor was no longer working as he was sick. Everyone I spoke to revived about him and said he was an excellent choice. We have no regrets.
Excellent office. No wait, courteous professionals. But the assistant/nurse should wear her mask over her nose.
