Completely agree with the other one star review related to prescription handling. Online messages are not responded to and there's never a way to get in touch with the actual doctor for the pre-authorization. The doctor appointment itself was fine, but I've never been in a situation like this before where prescription related communication and follow-through were so poor. It's really mind-boggling when the insurance and pharmacy also try to contact the provider and do not get a response either.
