I’ve been here twice due to the nursing strike in midtown. Reception is quick and easy but the nursing staff is TERRIBLE! You have to get here 30mins before your appointment if you want to be seated on time. My first visit I was there exactly when my appointment was supposed to start only to have to wait 20mins for my name to be called. I was late to my other appointment due to this delay. My review is about the radiology department for a CT scan. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and was the first person on site. Check in was fast and I was optimistic but 1.5 hours later, I was finally taken to the back where I had to sit even longer. Lev was a phenomenal PA, so friendly warm and communicative. Doctors are fine. The receptionist is trash.
When I first got to this hospital, I was in room 202, I forgot what unit that was but the nurses and the PCA’s over there were so delightful. They made me not want to leave the hospital. Janice, Melissa, Emma, they were amazing over there. They deserve a raise. I was transferred over to unit J in which I had to deal with Rude and nasty people.
