It is difficult to get an appointment. I have had concerns with being extremely tired. And was hoping to get some recommendations from the doctor. Perhaps more blood tests. I have never received a call to go over my test results. I get them through the app and figure them out myself. The Office is nice. The staff is nice And nobody is ever rude. Always pleasant
I had been going to this group for many years, but stopped 2 years ago for two reasons. The first is the new communication system whereby all phone calls are answered by a service, not the office. If you want to speak with your doctor, you have to message them through the patient portal and wait for a reply message, which usually comes from a staff member, not the doctor herself. This is the worst office group of medical doctors, registered nurses and WORST assistant at the front drst. Every single one has an attitude!!!!
I have been going to this office on Merrick Road for over 7 years now. The staff is very friendly and the Dr.s and Nurses are super nice and helpful.I highly recommend it.
