I’ve visited Dr. D’Sa a few times and even when you come in early you have to wait; even when the office is empty. I scheduled an appointment for 2:45pm and her assistant called me asking me to leave at 2:15pm. I was already on the way. Since it’s the day after new years there’s heavy traffic, causing me to be 13 mins late. They were aware that I was late and the doctor left. Since it’s was the last patient. I made an to appointment to see Dr, D'Sa. Was taken into a room by a "medical assistant" Blood pressure was taken over my sweater with my legs dangling and my arms unsupported. Then my blood was taken, with my sweater rolled up. I asked whether I would be given a gown, and she said not until I saw the doctor. I asked how she was planning to do an EKG. She said I could lift up my shirt and she would place the leads. Apparently she was unaware that putting EKG leads under an underwire bra could lead to an abnormal finding. She... read more
