Bonnie! From the East Building at 5 Cuba Hill Rd. was the most incredible, kind, understanding person and went out of her way to help me and my mom with a wheelchair come through to the building from the West (?) building. Can’t thank her enough! The West building was rude and said “no” when I asked if we could bring mom through the building so she didn’t have to go back outside because it was too cold for her. Also, 4 stars and not 5 because when scheduling with Mt. Sinai and making an appointment in the Podiatry department... read more
