I have never had a problem. When they first came on board with Mt Sinai, it was impossible to reach your doctor. Now, it seems all the kinks.have been ironed out.
Got hit with a $600 bill after my annual physical due to a miscoded bloodwork lab. Spent the last 6 months trying to get it voided with no success. Now I have debt collectors sending me notices. Absolutely incompetent organization - don’t go if you don’t want expensive bills or anyone that can help you with it.
