My first annual appointment with Dr. Lee went well, and I shared a few concerns that she assured me were nothing to worry about. However, when I returned a few months later with the same issues, my experience was completely different. I had been dealing with daily pain and discomfort, yet Dr. Lee seemed dismissive, even slightly annoyed by my concerns. Dr.Lee is very kind and caring. Loved it here throughout my pregnancy. BUT.. When you call up the number listed here you get an extremely disgusting service. Have tried multiple times to get my medical release form signed and faxed, my prescription order to be signed from the provider. I could not get ANYTHING done over the phone call. The people on the phone call are very rude and extremely annoying to speak to.
Dr. Lee & Dr. Dean are both excellent. Dr. Lee is extremely kind & caring. Truly a wonderful bedside manner...
