Unhelpful staff and limited doctor availability if you don’t have an appointment/on Fridays. My usual doctors are in Mt Sinai in the City. While visiting family in Nassau county, I wasn’t feeling well and called in to see if I could make an appointment to see a doctor at this location. The receptionist told me that two out of the three doctors don’t work at all on Fridays and the third doctor isn’t taking new patients. I really cannot be more grateful for DR Lalia. She is amazing. My son has epilepsy, and she has helped me so much along the way. My other two girls see her as well, and it has just been an amazing experience with her. I have had other pediatricians in the past, and she is like a 5-star experience, always following up, answering my questions, and helping me along the way. Thank you, thank you.
I'm obsessed with the care my doctor has given me..... Dr Alex. He is totally cool and very knowledgeable.. easy to talk too...
