I met with Dr. CHATTERJEE and it was a complete waste of time! Im quite surprised because I usually enjoy my visits with her. She sent me a portal message in June asking that I return for blood work to recheck my cholesterol levels. Once she meets with me she immediately says you have a cardiologist why aren't they checking your cholesterol!? Apparently she only checks if pts don't have a cardiologist!?? I waited an hour because the doctor did not know I checked in. I saw the receptionist checking their phones; I heard very loud laughter erupt a few times inside (behind the door open to the reception area), as if there were parties. I did see the doctor- after I told the front desk how long I had waited. Two people helped, which I appreciate.
