Extremely poor communication and exploitative business practices. Made us wait 1hr+ for a 7 minute meeting that could have been conducted by phone, that I requested be conducted by phone but the hospital refused to do. Scheduling appointments without prior communication etc etc.
Patients are being told to go outside by misconduct security on the Lobby.
