Mount Sinai is my third fertility clinic—so needless to say, I have seen a lot in this space. My experience has been amazing so far. My doctor is Dr. Pereira, who has truly been exceptional in every way. He is thorough, knowledgeable, but most importantly personable. It has not been my experience for a fertility doctor to be so communicative (it’s often the nurses) but Dr. Pereira has taken the time to call me to deliver test results and answer questions I may have, it really means a lot—his dedication is unmatched. I would give this place 3.5 out of 5. location: easy to get to 3.5/5 cleanliness: 5/5 Staff: 3.5/5 Procedure: 0/5 Easily accessible by phone: 0/5 3.5 would have to be because of its location and the one nurse I have dealt with who is also the receptionist. She takes my blood and i get no bruises and I don't bleed and she is nice. Downtown location. Exact opposite. I bleed, I bruise and there is still a bump HE CAUSED on the vein he used.
