After receiving a scheduling message from Mt. Sinai MyChart, I attempted to call the provided number. However, despite leaving my name and number for a return call, I received a response from a different number. The operator who called me back was extremely rude and complained to me for not leaving my name and number. This was a very negative experience for my first appointment at Mt. Sinai at this Sleep Center, and I would much prefer to make future appointments online rather than speak with her.
I had a home sleep study. The staff was very friendly, Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable and very detailed in explaining the process. I could not have done it without her. It is impossible to get an appointment.

A sleep center should have “sleep cleanliness” as a tenet. They have none of those attributes. They don’t have a shade so light comes in very early in the morning, the place is noisy (It is part of the cardiac ICU) and the room temperature exceeds 80°F. T... read more
