Terrible staff, long wait time and lack of compassion.
Bad staff, wrong diagnosis
This is practically the ONLY 'working" hospital in South Brooklyn. You can go here or you can go to Coney Island. Your odds of surviving Coney Island are around a '2' if it's something serious. Disgusting hospital should be shut down because of Dr Jeffrey Julian. He does not take into consideration anything his patient say, and just keeps repeating what script he has in his head. Patients have delays with pharmacy and no one listens. I have screenshots/receipts from pharmacy of when medicine got picked up. Doctor don’t take into consideration outside factors. Despite the long waiting time, I had a positive experience during my recent visit to the emergency room. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly compassionate. once I was seen, the doctors and nurses were attentive, thorough, and explained everything clearly, especially nurse Rafael. I felt well-cared for and reassured throughout the entire process. Nurse Rafael’s professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation much more manageable. I'm very grateful for the care I received!
