I had an excellent experience at Mount Sinai Brooklyn Emergency Room. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive, professional, and made me feel safe and well cared for. I especially want to recognize Dr. Sean Dhanraj, who was absolutely outstanding. He was kind, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything, which really helped ease my stress. I have nothing but good things to say about Mount Sinai Brooklyn Emergency (located in king’s highway).My husband and I took my father here few weeks ago. (It turned out he had Pneumonia and sepsis.) Waiting time was pretty longer than I expected but after that it was smooth and fast. All of their staffs (even the professional for ultra sound upstairs), nurses and doctors were very professional. Horrible ER , the check in process doesn’t make sense and is in organized , and the go based on your “complaint “ so if you’re not dying expect to sit there and watch 10 ppl go in front of you that came after you . Would not recommend. After sitting there for 6 hrs I end up leaving
“My experience at this hospital was very disappointing. I brought my child with red eyes, discharge, and ear and head pain. The facility was dirty, the wait was extremely long, and we were not given any treatment or medication. We left exactly the same as we came in, and today my child is worse. As a mother, I felt ignored and unsupported. I do not recommend this place for children’s care.”
