It’s a disaster trying to schedule an appointment. You can’t schedule online for a simple ultrasound and the first available appointment is weeks away.

Please, for your own sake go somewhere else. Front desk is miserable to work with. This place rescheduled important MRIs 4 times, leaving me with 2 months waiting time. Once they rescheduled a YEAR in advance without informing me. Once I finally got an appointment, I walk in, the MRI machine is broken. I reschedule once again, just for the front desk to argue about my insurance not covering the scan even though I had confirmed approval THREE TIMES. Wait time is also unbelievably long. Do yourself a favor, don’t ever go to this place. They will have you wait for sick a log time. I walked in for my appointment and there are people from 10am waiting and someone else from 1 pm and my appointment was at 4:30. I had an argument with my coworkers becoz I have to leave early for this appointment. There excuse was they have inpatient and patients from ER, if that’s the case they should have let us know in advance that there might be some delay. Get another machine mount Sinai

Walked in, three people behind the desk- no one even looks up to say 'hi. Be right with you.' Finally, a pleasant woman comes out from the Clinical area and greets me. Thank goodness. I might still be standing there. She gets the receotiom staff to acknowledge me. My appointment was for 2PM. I arrived at 1:40. Good thing, as they had no record of me..
