ABYSMAL CARE. Twice during a 24 hour period I had a reaction to medication I was given on the observation floor. I advised my RN - she or he called the PA and no response whatsoever the first time and the second time it took 52 minutes for a response, and that was a PA sauntering in my room as if she was on the way shopping with no care in the world.
