Poor service, have called three times trying to get my onboarding approved. Everytime I am on hold for almost 20 minutes, talk to the same people and they are unresponsive and unhelpful. Don't explain what exactly is necessary to get my onboarding processed, I can never reach a live person.
I am former employee and assumed this wouldn't be a difficult process, but it has been disastrous. Since June 2022, I have had endless email correspondence HR personnel. Some background: Early June I forward documents to HR to complete my PSLF application. June 30th, the application was completed incorrectly; I noticed the discrepancy on the application July 12th and and alerted Aileen Torres ( whom made the discrepancy).
