I trusted this pharmacy and was absolutely shocked to find out that the pharmacist was talking rudely about me and my husband to our Doctor’s office! When the person from the doctor’s office called the pharmacist inquiring about a prescription, the pharmacist asked “What’s he crying about now”? He was referring to my husband who had questioned the pharmacist regarding a medication that normally costs $25/mo, but the pharmacist said that there was a one-time deductible if $900!!! The people at Mount Shasta pharmacy treat you like a real person. I was having trouble with a medical device I get from them. The manufacturer (who is supposed to replace it if it doesn't work) told me it would take 4 days to get me a replacement. That wouldn't work for me because I could be dead before the 4 days were over and I received the replacement. Tom went above and beyond to find a solution for me on the day I asked him for help.
