I give zero stars here... I got an infection from a splinter from pressure treated wood. Went to the ER. in Mt Shasta Sunday night. Monday morning Mt Shasta pharmacy had my prescription for my much needed antibiotics. They told me it would be delivered Monday. Nothing happened. Called Tuesday they assured me it would be delivered Wednesday. Called Wednesday Nothing happened. Its now Thursday. No medication and my infection is really bad. I trusted this pharmacy and was absolutely shocked to find out that the pharmacist was talking rudely about me and my husband to our Doctor’s office! When the person from the doctor’s office called the pharmacist inquiring about a prescription, the pharmacist asked “What’s he crying about now”? He was referring to my husband who had questioned the pharmacist regarding a medication that normally costs $25/mo, but the pharmacist said that there was a one-time deductible if $900!!!
