I called to book an appointment to get a referral to a psychiatrist. My doctor was only taking in person appointments, and I needed the referral ASAP. The receptionist told me that they could book me in for a phone call with the other doctor. I was told it would be between 11-4. I later got a confirmation saying that the appointment would be at 12:20. That time passes and still no call. Refused to book a Vaccine appointment for my 2 year old child while a Measles outbreak is happening and after she had been going to this clinic previously and receiving her previous vaccines. Extremely Rude staff. Dr Corey is fantastic however.
son had an appointment, but accident on hwy prevented us getting to appointment time, called in, and they were wonderful there in saying it was alright and he'd be seen when arriving. front desk folks always pleasant.
I’ll keep or short and simple. -The MOA’s are people just trying to do their job. Their system is a bit archaic but they are sweet people in a tough situation. -Expect a wait time of at least 1 hour -Dr. John Corey is a fantastic doctor. Highly recommend.
They never have doctors available and the front desk lady is so rude. Don't even waste your time just look their review here .
