Do not be fooled by 'Mia' this is not a person it is an automated menu, rude at times, that lies when you ask if it is an automated or a robot, then passes you off to another automated menu before you can opt to speak to the front desk. It does not seem management has called it themselves to understand the customer experience they are creating. Kristina Fox would be a good resource for your hotel turnaround. First impression, the rest to be seen.
This stay was honestly heartbreaking. No one seemed willing to help, the staff was so rude ,not willing to listen on what i actually wanted to talke about and I was told over and over that no supervisor or manager was available.They made it look like it was mistake to begin with . I felt completely dismissed and helpless throughout my stay. It’s sad that what was meant to be a relaxing trip to Banff turned into such a disappointing experience. Never coming to banff for sure ...
