I’m hoping that there some people who have had a similar experience like me. 7/25/2026 is when I moved in and first night here was very uncomfortable because there were a bunch of roaches crawling all around the carpet and in the kitchen. They also crawled in the AC wall units, and flew out when turned on! I can’t recall if the leasing office called pest control and had a cleaning crew there, but kitchen cabinets, the stove and under the sink was full of roach feces. I would not recommend living here. The maintenance service is very poor, and the response time is extremely slow. I also felt that I was treated unfairly, and my concerns were not taken seriously. Whenever I submitted maintenance requests or complaints, they were often ignored. The condition of the apartments is very poor and does not match what you would expect. Overall, my experience has been disappointing, and I would not recommend this apartment community to others.

I’ve had a great experience at Mt. Ridge Apartments! The community is quiet, well-kept, and the office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond. I especially want to recognize Serina.
