Management doesn’t care about his tenants. Water constantly turns off, no heat, no hot water and a dirty laundry room. Some of the machines in the laundry room don’t work. The building boilers are broken and management refuses to replace it. Instead the do a cheap repair that lasts for a couple days. I’ve lived here for almost a year, and I haven’t got a key fob to enter the building.
Don’t move here. They don’t fix anything. The heat is never on consistently and you have to wait months to get it cut on because they claim they’ll claim they are fixing it…every year. The water has been shut off before because the property manager owes the city money. Sometimes the water is shut off with no notice because they are fixing something without any updates. DO NOT MOVE HERE ! I’ve been here for almost a year and since the winter started, we have had no heat. The building is dirty. Maintenance is never done and my house is always freezing. Mind you, I have a three-year-old daughter with a disability and also two other children that have been continuously sick in this building due to not having no heat for the winter. Zero Stars!!! Beware Beware! Long story short. Paid my rent on time, left apartment in good condition, returned the keys and now Mount Prospect Estates/Royal Property Mgt will not refund my security deposit. Next step court!!!!!
