Fast econsult, responsive admin staff to emails, and very polite and professional doctors during in-person visits. I just moved to Exeter and they made me feel I was taken care for.
Staff on the phones are extremely rude and somehow miss pertinent information which seems to be down to their "know it all" attitude. Please ask your reception staff to let people finish their sentences as you cannot help people if you don't listen to what their medical issue is. Absolutely shambolic state of the nhs. Receptionists are not doctors. Period.
I have been using the services at Mount Pleasant Health centre for over 30 years and can truly say that they are so helpful and understanding I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The level of care and respect is second to none in my opinion. From reception to nurses and doctors, faultless and so friendly. 10 out of 10, Thankyou
Nice facility with plenty of nice Doctors and nurses. Generally parking available on site. But if you want to be recognised or have the same GP each visit think again. But isn't that the case everywhere.
