I really wanted to like this business as they are close to home and very convenient but they leave a lot to be desired. I have been in the shop on 4 separate occasions and each time I have left more disappointed than the last. They severely lack customer service skills and couldn't care less if the customer is in a bind. They certainly don't have a problem turning a customer away nor do they show any empathy whatsoever. Always a fantastic experience with this place. Great customer service and have always had my car back quicker than the original promised time. The only garage we'll use!
Great shop, super friendly and stand by their work. We had a rack & pinion replaced in February 2025 and it started leaking after only a few months. They got a new one installed in just a few days and didn't give us any trouble or any back/forth. Made the warranty process seamless on our end. Things break but nice to know these guys standby their service. Appreciate all the help Dylan!
