Been there multiple times, some work was good, some not so good. Had a filling (done there) break, didn’t hurt so I foolishly left it. Ended up with an extremely painful abscess, face swollen, tender just agony for a weekend. Monday I call and tell them what is happening and I get “sorry, we only have one dentist in today”. I was like wow, ok so I guess I’ll call other places. I got “ok, bye”!! I did leave and went elsewhere. Had a difficult time initially getting an appointment but they did contact me after I voiced my concerns and I hope things go smoothly.
Not impressed I am a new patient who booked weeks in advance due to pain and they had to change my appointment and tried to send me to another clinic. It was a rude first impression with no compassion.
Was in agony due to a cracked wisdom tooth, told them it’s bad to the point that I can’t move my jaw without severe pain from it, called the em at 9 am, they said to call back in a few minutes, they called me back 10 minutes later with a a appointment for the same day at 12, by far the best dentist office around Dr Garg was great, pulled 2 top wisdom teeth and had them out in seconds! . Had a terrible experience. I went in with terrible tooth pain. They took an X-ray of the tooth, then the dentist came in and blew air on the tooth to see if it was sensitive to it and when it was not, he told me I needed to floss and brush better. He also asked what kind of toothpaste I used, and I said it was for sensitivity and whitening, to which he responded that there is no such thing as a toothpaste that treats sensitivity and whitens.
