I usually don't write bad reviews, but here I just can't help it! On the surface, everything seems not bad, but what happened to me leaves me no other choice! I went to the clinic with a cracked tooth and inflammation of the gums, they prescribed antibiotics and sent me home, after which I was supposed to come and we were supposed to see more specifically what to do with the tooth, whether it can be saved or will it just have to be removed! Instead of having to confirm an appointment a client has made over a month ago they should charge a cancellation fee instead. The appointment was booked I shouldn't have to call you again before the appointment so you don't give it to someone else. Adopt better policies.
Been there multiple times, some work was good, some not so good. Had a filling (done there) break, didn’t hurt so I foolishly left it. Ended up with an extremely painful abscess, face swollen, tender just agony for a weekend. Monday I call and tell them what is happening and I get “sorry, we only have one dentist in today”. I was like wow, ok so I guess I’ll call other places. I got “ok, bye”!! I did leave and went elsewhere.
