Thanks Denise for a wonderful experience camping overnight on the top of Mt Oxley on your beautiful property Rossmore Station just out of Bourke. Very well appointed with camp kitchen and spotless toilets. The excellent 4G reception was a great bonus. Will recommend to all our friends.
Hubby & I recently camped on Mt Oxley & were absolutely stoked with the drive up, the breathtaking views & the available campsites on offer. Facilities provided by Denise & her hubby are exceptional & clean. Very much worth the stop in & would love to come back. Well done on providing an amazing campsite.
We enjoyed two peaceful nights by the river with idyllic views and enjoying the variety of bird life. Then to the top of Mount Oxley (4WD strongly recommended) for another night to appreciate the vastness of this part of the Outback in perfect stillness and with a beautiful sunset followed by a brilliant starlit sky. This was as good as any farm stay we have ever experienced,
Good facilities atop the mountain and an excellent sunset and night sky. Thanks to Rossmore station for sharing
if you want adventure please visit , what a beautiful place , without mt oxley borke trip wont be complete, private road was rough , if you visit sunset and on the way back you will see that stars on the sky closer at the gate , entry
