Not a great first experience. Called to register. Was told no I had to go through gp my dad went to? That's not right.... They corrected themselves and said I had to go in with ID. Went in with ID. They didn't ask to look at the ID. Made me fill in a paper form that easily could have been done online. I was asking for prescription that I usually get in England. Showed them my NHS app. Told that was no use and they would need to contact my GP. Got a text the next morning asking for a screenshot of the NHS app.... Told prescri... read more
Appreciate Helen so much. She is always so kind on the phone and has helped my family so much over the years. I spoke with Dr Brennan this week and she gave some great advice about my son and took time instead of rushing me off the phone. Definitely one of the better doctors surgery I have been registered with.
