They have been looking after me for 20 years or more
Lovely doctor 5/5 Reception was very rude 0/5 Was asked snarkily by one of the receptionists, "Did you get lost?" even though I arrived early for the appointment. Extremely uncalled for and appalling behaviour. Do better! Extremely long waiting times, usually 45 minutes to over an hour.
Everything looks great in the new practice at west lake. Clean, professional and fresh lovely environment. Dr Alex has been our family doctor for many years, very knowledgeable, explains everything, empathetic and listens to our concerns. Highly recommend Dr Alex and recommended him to my extended family.
