My provider is nice they have thorough assessments and resources. My counselor specializes in different things normal counselors don't deal with and is now certified for EMDR. They do telehealth and take CCBH and can do EMDR via tele health. Which is great because my doctor wanted me to have it last year. it was really hard to find anyone in the area that did it and I found someone in Altoona that did it, but they refused to do it and wanted to try some other crap what didn't work out. I worked with Shannon during a difficult time in my life, and while I appreciate the effort she put into our sessions, I found that her approach didn’t fully address complex family dynamics and deeper emotional trauma. The focus seemed to be more on managing symptoms than addressing root causes, which might work for some but often left me feeling unheard. I rented a neurofeedback system from Mount North and it was an amazing experience. Shannon was so generous with her time and expertise. Every question and concern she answered with the most patience and attention to detail. I would highly recommend renting from them.
