If I could seriously rate this place zero stars I would. My son’s initial appointment for his hypospadias surgery was in June. It has been almost two months, and I’ve called back numerous times to schedule his surgery. I was told he was scheduled for circumcision( not even the surgery he is suppose to be having) then get ahold of the office for them to tell me he’s scheduled for NOTHING. I had a wonderful experience. The nurse and Dr were so caring and willing to listen to my concerns. They let me ask questions and in return explained medical from medical perspective. Honestly best experience long time.
The staff are kind beyond belief. They are extremely competent and answer all questions and take their time with you. I can't say eniugh
My son was referred from Penn State requiring a kidney ultrasound. They refuse to see him as they claimed he had an STI and they don’t treat STI even though he had a test result revealing no indication of STI. This is appalling as my son now has to wait until college finishes and visit his regular doctor delaying treatment for some months.
