I genuinely wouldn’t know if the doctor is a miracle worker or a myth because I can’t even get past the scheduling stage. Phones? Never answered. Voicemails? Ignored. Referrals? Lost to the void. At this point, I’m starting to think this office is just an elaborate performance art piece about the horrors of American healthcare.
If I could give Mt Nittany Radiation Oncology more that 5 stars I would. With my treatment in the rear view I can say I have never been treated with more respect and focus at any medical facility. This applies to every single member of the staff. At such a vulnerable time their availability, compassion and professionalism was healing in itself. Special kudos to Dr Patel and his PA Kline. Whatever comes next I know there is somewhere I can count on.
