This place is ABSOLUTELY awful! Miss Alyssa Sebastianelli neglects her patients, and then the office manager Lori helps shove the patients out the door. I met with Alyssa one time, and she was only fixated on whether I had Crohn’s disease or not. She ordered testing that I stated I already had done in the past, ordered testing that didn’t need ordered based on a colonoscopy and EGD, ordered testing KNOWING my insurance wouldn’t cover, and then never followed up with me. Laboratory testing determined at an abnormal number of Bacteroides Fragilis bacteria were present. My symptoms were consistent with this finding. Typically, this type of infection is treated with antibiotics. After some delay in getting the referral to Mount Nittany Gastroenterology I had a one month wait for an appointment. The worst care anyone could receive. Nobody listens about any concerns, they are always just too busy. As for someone who came in with already being diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease, I thought it would go smooth. But it in fact has been the worst experience dealing with them.
