Nice facility. Great health care professionals. But when I called with a simple question (do I need to fast before my lab work?), I was on hold for 10 minutes without reaching a human before I finally gave up.
Impossible to talk to anyone on the phone, impossible to reschedule, impossible to get any useful information. Have had appointments scheduled that, when I arrive, they aren't sure why I'm there. Total corporate machine with zero benefits to our community.
