Nice people but no help at all with my medical condition. After being told to just wait and see if my condition improves on its on, I called back a week later to tell them I've not improved at all. Amazingly, they first said I should go back to my primary physician. That makes no sense! I'm already at a specialist level and not improving. Shouldn't they order more tests or schedule me in the office again?! Then, without any further examination, assessment, or data, they suggested seeing an allergist. Easily the coldest and most dismissive health care experience I've had. The building is bleak and empty-feeling, and with the exception of one person, staff and nurses were brusque to mean. The doctor I saw was super checked out, insensitive, defeatist. Worth the wait to go elsewhere if you can manage.
I saw Dr. Jennings and she was intelligent, insightful and efficient. I could not be happier
