Was referred here by PSU Student Health (I am a graduate student) for an exam to double-check a very straightforward knee condition that I was already aware that I have. Saw the doctor for 7 minutes, and then was sent to get X-rays. I got a bill for $250 after the PSU student health insurance. When I questioned the charge, I was told that they had taken three sets of X-rays (even though it was all for the same small part of my knee) and charged separately for each one. I went in for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound from check in with receptionist to the testing/exam with Angel, they both made me feel extremely comfortable. Angel explained everything to me and took her time to ensure I was good and nerves settled. She talked to me through the exam and made me forget about all my worries.
