The staff was amazing and so kind when I had my test done.
Nurse Karlene was very unprofessional . She dragged my IV connections across the dirty floor before hooking them up , then she prepared my meds in the little paper cup on top of the soiled linen bin. Gross!!!! Plus the odor. I felt like I was going to be sicker being there. If you’re looking for a hospital pick anywhere but here.
A couple weeks ago I went into the er because I passed out and had low blood pressure. The nurses were great. The doctor, Dr Ryan Burton, was extremely rude. He came in hot. He would ask me questions, a lot I couldn't understand because he was talking so fast and I couldn't understand. When I did try to answer he would talk right over me. By the time I had time to answer he was gone. I found out that I had low blood pressure. Which I already knew. At the end the doctor came back and told me that. I took my wife up to the ER because of digestive issues. The first problem was that the triage nurse automatically assumed her problem was caused by taking too many opioids when this was not the case. The main problem came when, after the doctor had made his initial diagnosis and they had given her a rather strong laxative, the nurse wanted my wife to put her clothes back on and move to a side waiting area with no bed and no immediate and garrenteed access to a tiolet. The treatment from staff and management was absolutely ridiculous. I believe they are currently under investigation by the AG office in PA.
