I recently started seeing the folks at the clinic and they are awesome. I feel confident that they will help to keep me and my feet healthy.
I am deceived by these people. They ask me to receive a low-back supporter. I ask them if this is covered by my insurance. A guy told me yes. Then, he asked me to sign a form, but he covered all the items except the blanks for signature and date. I didn't take it too seriously at that time. After a couple of months, I received a bill from them. My insurance company says their procedure is not meet the requirements, and if they can submit my claim again properly, it might be approved.
