Would give zero if I could. Refused a follow up appt after a hospital visit, they don't care about their patients. They only care about money.
Just for telling the doctor I have a pain in my foot during my routine annual physical exam slammed me with a $166 bill, just for telling the doctor that I have pain in my foot? Oh my god, never faced anything like this. The doctor did not provide anything nor suggested any medication. I have no idea why am I charged $166 only for sharing my foot pain? Absolutely ridiculous.
I had a lot of medical anxiety when I first moved to State College. And while I still get anxious, I am much more comfortable visiting after all of the great care I have received here. Dr. Hackenberg, Dr. Shuman, and PA-C Mattern have really listened to me and given me the best care during every visit. I can't thank them enough for all of their help.
