When I told the dr about my concern, he said what I was experiencing was impossible to happen and wrote me off. I’m now under the care of a different OB/GYN and she said the complete opposite.
Melanie at the front desk in check in should not work in public service. She is completely rude and unprofessional. Everytime.
The front desk staff is extremely rude. Complete attitude upon simply walking up to the desk to check in, to check out not making eye contact and questioning what I was saying was needed, before even asking my name. Unbelievable.
Let me start by saying the nurses here are absolutely outstanding. My favorite Dr, Dr Kraft is also incredible and I have liked almost all of the doctors I’ve encountered. I left a review about Dr. Patel before and as a second time mom stand by my review. She is very dismissive and has little compassion while talking to patients.
I found out I wasn’t pregnant anymore through the health portal with a note stating that my HCG levels were not in the pregnant range. They didn’t call me with the test results, and after waiting until the next day waiting for them to call to explain the next steps I finally called them. And then I was offered ZERO follow up care and Dr. Kraft’s office sent a message about wanting me to make an appointment for “infertility” issues and the soonest they could see me is in a month (again, with NO follow up care offered for my p... read more
