I literally had to call in my own medicine because they never get it right. I called my pharmacy..nothing. called them back took 3 business days to get a nurse and than one was absolutly uncalled for ignorant since I missed an appointment. I work wierd hours so It didnt work I called back ro reschedule and cant even get me in two months later. Anita Powell checked me in. She and the rest of the staff are very nice. Rachel who took my vitals was very nice and professional. Had first visit with Ann Colter. She was easy to talk to and very helpful with my health concerns.
I absolutely love this office. Ann has been so helpful and kind to me in my health journey. The best thing I ever did was switch over to her and mount nittany because I have received nothing but excellent care and compassion. They are the best and I am thankful that I have Ann’s help!
Not sure what to say, Dr. got me pissed off, Apparently you are supposed to work through your condition, while they schedule therapy a month and a half later. Good thing you are not dying
I like the service and the fact the drs remember who you are, your not just a number your a patient.
