Quick and easy.
This location was recommended by our pediatrician for our 9 month old. Glad that we went here, they were able to get a blood draw from her arm without even making her cry (she was just a bit irritated from being restrained during the draw). We were back out the door within five minutes of being called in. I did not expect this to go so quickly and smoothly with a baby.
Terrible. I brought in a CF patient who obviously wants to be in and out as fast as possible. Her doc phoned ahead. We phoned ahead of arriving. They made her sit In the waiting room for at least 15 minutes. Absolutely no sense of urgency on their part.
