Do not bother going here. What a waste of time and money. My daughter went here on Sunday, symptoms of coughing up blood, horrific sore throat, terrible cough which had been going on for about 3 weeks, aching, etc. She was tested for flu, strep, Covid which apparently came back negative, and they sent her on her way, with nothing to even help symptoms and without checking her chest. 2 days later she managed to get an appointment with student health at Penn State, where they conducted a viral panel, tested for strep, as well ... read more

I have every evidence to back up my statements. My son was suffering 102 degree fever for 2 straight days. Student health had a 3 day delay so we PAID for him to go here. He identified the provider was not providing the level care he had previously experienced and just gave him cough medicine. He expressed his concerns to me and I told him if he was still Running fever the next day, call me in the morning. He was. We sent him to Penn Highlands ER and he was diagnosed with pneumonia and sepsis. I do not recommend this urgent... read more

Edit: While my visit itself was fine, I was surprised to discover that this appointment was sent to collections. I had been told there was no copay and that I didn’t need to worry about any balance. It appears a new account was created for the visit and no contact information was collected that would have allowed them to notify me of the outstanding amount beforehand.
