My daughter had tube surgery feb 5th and had problems immediately dr howells didn't care that her ears were bleeding and she got mrsa in them.. I took her to childrens hospital and she is so much better. Nicole was super sweet and cared. Don't get me started about front desk staff either they are too worried about their dunkin coffee. 💁♀️
Friendly 100 percent of the time and helpful
Had an impromptu trip for a part of an eraser stuck in my kiddos ear. He was petrified and panicked and the doctor was AMAZING. Got it out painlessly and quickly, all while reassuring my son. I was so impressed. Thank you for getting us in so quickly and taking such good care of him!
Wouldn't let me update my review from a few months ago so here's another one. Took my daughter back to her pediatrician to give them an update on what happened here. And when I did that they told me they had notes in their system under my daughter's name from here saying that they were not going to see my 3 YEAR OLD because of something my husband said being upset of the whole situation that happened. This place is a whole joke.
If your planning on being seen, go somewhere else, they have canceled 2 of my family members the day before the appointment. Really???? Not happy at all.
